High-Performance Sealing Solutions with V-Shaped Metal Spring
The V Spring Energized Seals are high-performance sealing solutions designed by Kaflon for demanding industrial applications.
This series incorporates a V-shaped metal spring (V Spring) as the energizing element, combined with a high-performance polymer jacket such as PTFE, TFM, or filled PTFE, ensuring reliable sealing under extreme operating conditions.
Unlike elastomer-based seals, the V Spring continuously applies a uniform radial load to the sealing lip, maintaining effective sealing even under low pressure, vacuum, temperature fluctuation, or mechanical eccentricity.
