Overview：

Thermal power is still the most diffused and traditional method to produce the main demand of power for industrial activities and civil applications，which is around 80% of the total power generation and will remain high for the next decade.

The use of biofuels or other waste generated by human activities to generate electricity is also constantly developing. Valve seals used in such projects must be able to overcome high temperature conditions and be suitable for media such as mud and bulk materials.

In the last decades, conventional plants need to improve efficiency and reduce emissions trough a progressive increase of operating temperatures and pressures.

In order to improve the life cycle reliability of valves and other pressure-bearing equipment in harsh environments, we need to continuously update the materials and production processes of seals to meet the various needs of customers in the power industry.
