PTFE Filled Carbon Spring Energized Seal
Kaflon seal spring energized seal is suitable for reciprocating piston rod or piston single-acting seal. It has wide adaptability to work pressure. The pressure-bearing capacity can be improved by increasing the length of the tail or adding a non-return ring.
Spring energized Seal Characteristics
The friction coefficient is small, the contact pressure between the mating surface and the mating surface is low, and the friction between the working surface and the mating surface is the smallest among all seal types. It can work with or without lubrication, is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
The sealing sleeve has wide adaptability to the working medium. Except for soluble alkali metals, high-temperature fluorine gas, and chlorine trifluoride, other chemicals will not react.
It has a wide operating temperature range and can be used between -200℃ to +260℃.
Suitable for aviation, and industrial sealing groove dimensions, standard installation groove is same as standard O ring.
