Polyphenylester (POB or PHB for short) reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene
Polyphenylester is a kind of thermotropic liquid crystal polymer. It is divided into linear linear form and

characteristics of polyphenylester and polytetrafluoroethylene, heat resistance, lubrication, insulation,
solvent resistance, etc., but also complements in performance, overcoming polytetrafluoroethylene
Insufficient cold flow, poor thermal conductivity and brittleness of polyphenylester.
Polyphenylester + PTFE advantages:
(1) High temperature resistance: The heat distortion temperature is greater than 288 degrees, and it can
be used for a long time at 250 degrees even under load.
(2) Self-lubricating wear resistance: The friction coefficient of the PTFE/polyphenyl ester blend material is
0.16~0.32. Its wear resistance is 1000 times higher than that of pure PTFE, and the limit PV value is as high
