The Kaflon recruitment team went to the campus job fair of San Ming University to have a wonderful "collision" with the school's outstanding students.

 

The students showed great interest in Kaflon Company and came forward to inquire about it. The members of Kaflon's recruitment team also responded to students' enthusiastic questions and explained patiently, allowing students to feel the professional quality of Kaflon.

 

In the non-leadership group interview, the interviewer will assess the candidates from multiple dimensions such as language expression, manners, and critical thinking skills, and select the candidates who stand out to advance to the next round of interviews.

 

After returning to the headquarters, the Kaflon recruitment team conducted final interviews with interested students who passed the preliminary selection via video call. The interview partners not only examined the students' comprehensive qualities and training potential, but also provided thoughtful career planning suggestions for the students.

 

Although the school recruitment has ended, the dream still continues. I hope that all the friends who have dreams will pursue their dream of Kaflon and go far. Next year, they will continue to gather in Kaflon to start their ideal career and become a better version of themselves.
