What to do in physical testing of rubber products
The physical property test of rubber products generally tests the following contents:
1. Hardness: measure the degree of compression deformation of rubber, including Shore hardness and IRHD hardness test.
2. Tensile properties: Test the mechanical properties of rubber materials such as tensile strength, elastic modulus, elongation and cross-sectional area through tensile tests.
3. Compression performance: The compression strength, elastic modulus and compression deformation rate of rubber materials are tested through compression tests.
4. Fatigue performance: test the durability of rubber materials in long-term use through vibration test and fatigue test.
5. Anti-aging performance: Test the durability of rubber materials through aging tests such as seawater immersion and ultraviolet radiation.
6. Chemical stability: Test the chemical stability of rubber materials through tests such as pH, hydrolysis reaction, and solubility.
7. Electrical properties: Test the electrical properties of rubber materials through tests such as dielectric constant and resistivity.
