The spring U-shaped ring is a multifunctional sealing element composed of a U-shaped sealing 

jacket and a V-shaped corrosion-resistant spring. The characteristic of the spring U-shaped ring is the 

newly developed asymmetric sealing section, and the dynamic lip has an optimized thick and short 

shape, which reduces friction and prolongs the service life.

At low pressure and zero pressure, the metal spring provides the initial sealing force. As the system 

pressure increases, the main sealing force is formed by the system pressure, thus ensuring reliable 

sealing from zero pressure to high pressure. Since the seal and spring have good adaptability to the 

corresponding materials, the spring U-shaped ring can be used in general hydraulic systems and other 

wide ranges, such as chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

In order to disinfect the spring U-shaped ring, it provides a "clean product", filling the cavity of 

the spring with silica gel to prevent the entry of contaminants. It can also be used in mud, suspension 

or adhesive, etc. Working in the medium can prevent sand particles from entering the sealed cavity 

and affecting the operation of the spring.
