The encapsulated O-ring has the unique characteristics of heat resistance, cold resistance, abrasion
resistance, oil resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance and other chemical corrosion characteristics
of fluororesin. It can be widely used in various dynamic and static sealing occasions such as pumps,
valves, pressure vessels, mechanical seal filters, boilers, pipeline flanges and gas compressors, and can
replace all traditional rubber O-rings.
At present, the commonly used outer covering materials are FEP high temperature resistance 180℃, PFA
high temperature resistance 220℃, and the internal materials are red silicone rubber and black fluorine
rubber.
