Production introduction
HNBR 85 Shore green types of rubber are manufactured from nitrile rubber by catalytic hydrogenation. As a result,the maximum possible temperature at which it can be used rises to 150℃ and, incertain cases, even to 170℃.Another advantage of thefully hydrogenated qualitiesis resistance to oxidative corrosion(ozone).

Product Details
O-Rings are double-acting sealing elements. The initial squeeze, which acts in a radial or axial direction depending on the installation, gives the O-Ring its initial sealing capability. These forces are superimposed by the system pressure to create the total sealing force which increases as the system pressure increases.Under pressure, the O-Ring HNBR 85 Shore green behaves in a similar way to a fluid with high surface tension. The pressure is transmitted uniformly to all directions.
