Valve rubber, as the hydraulic end seal of the fracturing truck pump, the valve rubber is one of the 

consumable parts in the fracturing pump under severe working conditions. Its working conditions are 

extremely harsh, high temperature, high pressure over 100MPa, strong impact load, fracturing fluid and 

sand. This component is the key to ensure the smooth progress of fracturing.

Valve is a transliteration of "valve" (Chinese meaning "valve"), a one-way valve, so Valve rubber is also 

called valve rubber. Oilfield special Valle rubber is mainly used to seal the valve seat of oilfield 

drilling mud pumps, and play the function of water inlet valve and drain valve. Vale rubber is a 

vulnerable part of petroleum equipment such as fracturing trucks, ancient well cement trucks, 

plunger pumps, and mud pumps.
