An NBR Bonded Seal is a composite sealing element designed to provide a secure, leak-free seal in high-pressure threaded joints. It consists of a metal washer combined with a nitrile rubber (NBR) sealing ring, permanently bonded together to form a single integrated sealing component.

This design combines the strength of metal with the flexibility of elastomer, allowing the seal to withstand mechanical load while maintaining tight sealing performance. NBR bonded seals are widely used in hydraulic ports, pipe fittings, banjo bolts, and fluid connectors where conventional washers cannot provide sufficient sealing reliability.
