KAFLON® HNBR RGD O-Rings are engineered from specially formulated Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) compounds designed to resist Rapid Gas Decompression (RGD) failure in high-pressure gas environments.

In oil & gas systems, elastomer seals exposed to high-pressure gas can suffer internal blistering and cracking during sudden decompression. KAFLON RGD-resistant HNBR compounds are optimized to minimize internal damage, ensuring long-term sealing integrity in demanding upstream and midstream applications.
