1.Exceptional Temperature Resistance: FFKM O-rings operate reliably across an ultra-wide temperature range, from as low as -20°C (-4°F) to as high as 327°C (621°F). This broad thermal tolerance enables consistent performance in both cryogenic processes and extreme heat applications, outperforming standard FKM (Viton®) and other high-temperature elastomers.
2.Universal Chemical Compatibility: Unlike most elastomers, FFKM exhibits near-absolute resistance to virtually all chemicals, solvents, fuels, and corrosive media. It withstands aggressive substances such as strong acids (e.g., sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), bases (e.g., sodium hydroxide), solvents (e.g., acetone, toluene), fuels (including jet fuel and gasoline), and industrial gases (e.g., chlorine, hydrogen sulfide). This compatibility eliminates the risk of swelling, degradation, or leakage caused by chemical exposure.
3.Outstanding Mechanical Strength: FFKM O-rings maintain excellent tensile strength, elongation, and compression set resistance even under prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.
