Casting polyurethane elastomer (CPU for short)-is a kind of polyurethane elastomer with wide 

application and large output;

Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU for short)-Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer accounts 

for about 25% of the total polyurethane elastomer;

Mixed polyurethane elastomers (referred to as MPU)-account for about 10% of the total polyurethane 

elastomers.

Kaflon was set up in 2014 and covers an area of 1,500 square meters and construction area of 1,500 

square meters with 22 Technician and engineer.

Kaflon is equipped with European imported seal cutting equipment and multiple sets of spring tension 

testers, Seals low temperature test equipment, and Laser welding machine.In detailed: There are 3 

imported CNC turning centers / 5 CNC lathes / 2 laser welding machines, milling machines / suction 

machines / push table saws / band saws, 2 high-precision optical size detectors, and 3 sets of experimental platforms under -200 degree to 400 degree.
